A community building which was in need of a multi-purpose space, internal modifications and an inviting entrance was extended and remodelled. With our involvement, the technical details and design modifications were implemented resulting in a refreshing, light area with new internal, accessible facilities.
The owners of this bungalow on a split level site had aspirations for something more than a property extension or conversion. A place to serve the next generation set the tone for a loft build with a difference which resulted in the restructuring and repurposing of this bungalow to transform it into an individually styled family home in an urban setting.
The need to transform this 100 year old fishery into a modern location for families to enjoy found it’s response through this bold yet elegant pre-fabricated building. Elevated on stilts, suspended above the southern end of the lake, this modern twist on a fishing cabin creates an inviting and tranquil hideaway.
